We understand that the search for a home can be hard with a full schedule, so whether you’re coming straight from work or simply prefer a quieter, more relaxed environment, we will be keeping our sales suite open until 8pm.
Alongside guided viewings, an independent mortgage broker will be available throughout the evening from 5pm to answer questions, explain affordability, and talk through your options - with absolutely no pressure and no obligation.
It’s a chance to gain clarity, understand your next steps, and leave feeling informed and confident.

On Sunday the 30th of November we held our first Mini Christmas Market at North Gate Park, we enjoyed festive vendors selling hot chocolate, mulled wine, seasonal gifts, a visit from Father Christmas for the little ones and a variety of activities.
