Open House Weekend
We were delighted to welcome visitors to the exclusive Open House for The Pine, our latest show home.
Guests had the opportunity to explore our beautifully designed 4-bedroom show home and experience its space, finish, and specification firsthand.
Whether they were searching for their next move or simply exploring their options, visitors were able to meet with our sales team, who were on hand throughout the weekend to provide expert guidance and answer any questions.
The Launch of our 4-bedroom Show Home
In February and March, we welcomed guests to explore our brand-new 4-bedroom Show Home for the very first time, alongside an exclusive wine tasting experience.
The evenings were hosted by Philip-Stephenson Oliver, also known as The Wine Man, whose expertise created an engaging and memorable experience for all attendees.
Guests also enjoyed exclusive access to our additional show homes across the development, providing a closer look at everything North Gate Park has to offer as we move towards our first completions.

In December, we hosted an exclusive first look at our brand-new show apartment, designed by Abode Interiors.
The award-winning Abode Interiors led the design and styling, unveiling the new show apartment within our current selling phase, Foxtail House.

Mini Christmas Market at North Gate Park
In November, we hosted our very first Mini Christmas Market at North Gate Park.
Guests enjoyed a festive afternoon featuring local vendors offering hot chocolate, mulled wine, and seasonal gifts, along with a special visit from Father Christmas for the little ones and a variety of family-friendly activities.

Mortgage Advice Event with TORC 24
Last year, we were joined by TORC 24 at North Gate Park for an informative session offering free expert mortgage advice on buying with just a 5% deposit.
Guests enjoyed drinks and nibbles while gaining valuable insights into how recent base rate changes could work in their favour.

Launch of the Grove Collection
In July, we unveiled the first-ever Show House at North Gate Park — a stunning three-bedroom home designed by Blocc Interiors. The event also marked the official launch of our brand-new houses to the market, giving guests the first opportunity to explore and secure their dream home.
Buying at North Gate Park offers a smooth, stress-free move, with modern 3 and 4 bedroom homes that are chain-free and ready for a fresh start in a vibrant neighbourhood.
Guests enjoyed a Greek feast from Mamacitas, alongside drinks, games, face painting and more, making it a fantastic day of celebration and discovery across the development.
